CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Certain products offered by ZedaKits are customized or personalized according to customer specifications, including but not limited to player names, custom names, jersey numbers, sponsor logos, patches, badges, and other requested modifications.

By placing an order for a customized product, you confirm that all customization details provided are accurate.

Once production has begun, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged except where the product is defective or an error has been made by ZedaKits.

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, numbers, sizes, and customization details before completing their purchase.

SIZE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Our size guide is provided to assist with sizing decisions.

ZedaKits is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by customers. Customized jerseys cannot be exchanged or refunded due to sizing errors unless the incorrect size was supplied by ZedaKits.

PRODUCT IMAGES

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile device displays.

  • Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.

  • Manufacturers may occasionally update jersey materials, fonts, badges, or minor design details without prior notice. Such differences do not constitute defects.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.
